Pasta alla Macha

El Pirata D´Córdoba - Salsa Macha

Ingredients

  • 8 Oz. long pasta (Spaghetti, Fettuccine, etc.)
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 7 Oz. table cream
  • 5 tbsp. Salsa Macha El Pirata D’Córdoba
  • 1 Lb. mushrooms
  • 3.5 Oz. bacon
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
  • Grated parmesan cheese to taste
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. Boil pasta with some salt. Strain and set aside.
  2. Slice mushrooms.
  3. Chop bacon.
  4. Cook bacon on a pan together with mushrooms.
  5. On a separate pan, melt butter. Then add table cream, and mix well as you integrate bacon, mushrooms, and El Pirata D’Córdoba Macha Sauce.
  6. Add cooked pasta to sauce.
  7. Mix well and heat up before serving.
  8. Top with parmesan cheese and decorate with parsley.
  9. Pair with a good wine.
